I work for a civilian airline called ABX Air. based out of Wilmington Ohio. We currently fly a B767-200 for ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS out of Osaka. We frequent the Fukuoka FIR, and my question to anyone who can answer it is; I have noticed that alot of military training goes on within this FIR, and I was wanting to know if there was an office to contact to get information about training schedules and if they have maps of the FIR plotted with restricted airspace that they put out. These restricted areas are listed in normal FIR notams and can be plotted by anyone. I am however looking to gain insight as to how this process works and maybe be able to utilize any material the military offers. Our airline is part of CRAF, and I understand if this info is Need to Know. Just looking for maybe a website or office that is in charge of coordinating activities in this Airspace...
