Looking at pictures of the cockpit of this bird and have a couple questions. I noticed there are no fuel and no condition levers. It looks like a jet cockpit. Does anyone know how one would operate the prop rpm with no condition lever? Is this a FADEC type thing?

I have never flown one but judging by the picture, they are the little levers on either side of the throttles labeled fuel.
