Q for ATC

capt and I were taking some guesses as to what it was but whats the "do dee do dee do dee" for in the background. always seems to come out when you say "2 o clock, three miles, same altitude"...

Although I think it sounds more like "do wee do wee do wee do wee"

I've heard it called the "ca-ca" alarm, as in, "Oh ca-ca, I better turn one of these guys. . . "

Conflict Alert

That sound is the conflict alert you hear on STARS in a tracon enviroment, the old system sounded like DU DU DU DU, for conflict alert or low alt (MSAW min safe alt warning)
