The upgrades have already been announced, there are original PSA CA's leaving and mainline is recalling J4J's. There is a 9 month seat lock, but after that we will need CA's. Also, none of the CEL guys after the original batch came over here because of the seat lock.

I have run into quite a few PSA captains and FOs that are moving along soon this past week. These are in addition to the J4J folks that are going back to dad as soon as they are released from the shackles of Vandalian hell. I'd say if anything it's going to get ugly around here for the mere fact that they really don't have enough pilots right now. Why don't they just staff properly...this crap wouldn't have to even happen.
