PSA amendable and effective dates?

What's the amendable date for PSA's contract? What's the effective date? I have a pay table but don't know what the ED is.

If you are looking at our pay rates from the LOA on J4J, the ED is October 1, 2002.

The entire contract is up November 9, 2006 or whenever MESA buys us out.

If the effective date is Oct 1, 2002 and contract is amendable in 2006, why are there RJ rates defined for "ED+6" which would be 2008?

Whoops! My bad, I forgot that due to the J4J LOA the new amendable date is June 30, 2009.
