Proposed changes to FAR 61.23

Anyone got the scoop on the propsed changes to 61.23 that NBAA is endorsing. It appears they are considering an extension of the medical certificate for pilots under the age of 40 years old. Enquiring minds want to know.....I do too

I saw the NPRM. It said something like changing the Class III medical to a 5 year certificate for those under 40. I think the Class I was going to 1 year, at least for certain folks.
