Hi Fellas,
What kind of ballpark annual salary would you negotiate for the following:
COMPANY: Decent flight school specializing in foreign airline contracts; producing 300+ graduates a year
TITLE: 1) Turbine Transition Department Chief 2) Turbine Transition Ground Instructor
DUTY: Instruct class/one-one in SOP, CRM, RVSM, SIM Sessions, advanced aircraft systems, turbine operations, etc.
SCHEDULE: PART TIME; 8 hours/day, 7 days/month, one year.
