Is anyone having a problem updating the Fed Ex application? I was able to a week after they starting accepting applications. However, I have tried over the last three days and it says it doesn't recognize my ID. The ID is my SS# so I know it is not wrong and I have a copy of the correct password but no joy. Unfortunately, the password assistance page isn’t helping either. Anyone else? Any suggestions? And yes, I paid my $50.
