Is anyone having a problem updating the Fed Ex application? I was able to a week after they starting accepting applications. However, I have tried over the last three days and it says it doesn't recognize my ID. The ID is my SS# so I know it is not wrong and I have a copy of the correct password but no joy. Unfortunately, the password assistance page isn’t helping either. Anyone else? Any suggestions? And yes, I paid my $50.

It's probably not Marine proof!;)

Yeah, but at least in the Marine Corps we know how to abbreviate simple words such as it is (it's). Check your post.
 
You might want to try going in like you are a new profile and login there. It will not accept you if you try it elsewhere. Worked for me.

Yeah, that's the only way I've been able to update. Instead of trying to log in initially at the pilot careers homepage, click on 'create pilot profile' and log in on the subsequent page. It only seems to work that way -- although, I'm just an Army dope ;)
 
I too was unable to update my profile and I tried repeatedly for about 3 weeks. Then I tried another computer with a different internet provider and I had no problem. I have MSN and still unable to update it at home but can do it on the other computer.
 
I appreciate the help. I am going to try it from my computer at work. I have a feeling it has something to do with the settings on my browser like WAZZO suggested.
