Looking in my latest arrival of Professional Pilot, I see this years 'Pilot Salary' report.

Why it has airline figures in here when the vast majority of the readers are Corporate Pilots I dont know, but could someone verify these numbers?

No flame bait, just curious if this report is correct.

Delta 1st year FO
43,992/yr

Delta Max Capt.
169,476/yr

Southwest 1st year FO
53,340/yr

Southwest Max Capt.
201,768/yr

Averages across the Airline industry:

52,802 pilots (average carrier size 3,300) flying 79.6 hours per month.

yr 1: 37,524

yr 5: 91,188 (FO)

yr 10: 142,704 (Capt)

Max: 173,508

WPP--I think UPS and FedEx skew the CA pay a bit. With hourly rates for NB CA at UAL, USAir, NWA, Delta, etc. in the $125-130/hr. range, the $145k/year is a bit over the top.

Same with FO pay. $91k is a little high for the pax carriers.

How's the family? Hope things are going well. NJA steal your seat yet? ;) TC
