Does anyone know where to get commercially developed lesson plans?

You'll use lesson plans for passing your CFI checkride and then they'll gather dust in a drawer somewhere. Most schools have their own lesson plans (Jepp, etc) that you must follow.

Many FBOs will sell one company or another's syllabi and lesson plans. Likely you'll need to develop your own for a CFI checkride. After that you'll likely use whatever the flight school you teach at uses.

I like Jeppesens 141 lesson plan a lot. I have done both Jeppesen and the Cessna and way prefer Jeppesen from a students perspective.....
