Private B767s at KIAD?

This morning there were two 767 parked near the tower, at Dulles. along with a private 737 (not a bbj, didn't have winglets).

They each had a grey stripe or something, but were primarily white? Anyone know whose planes these are, and possibly their regs?

Ramp said they were run by the govt'. He thought CIA or FBI , something like that. They've been there few about a month now.

They are operated by Blackwater for the Trilateral Commission.

One of them showed up while I was there yesterday, because in the AM when I landed there was just one, and by 10am, there was another one parked next to it.

Anyone happen to have the N numbers on these birds??

Drop into Atlantic Aviation on a friday night around 8-9pm, you will see the B767 use.... lots lots lots of what I was told were CIA personel on the weekly flight to Bahrain, the flight returns on Sunday. Apparently they have been doing this same trip for years.
