Private 767s at KIAD?

Yesterday am, when I landed (just before 7am) there was a white with some sort of small pinstripe 767-200 parked right underneath the tower at Dulles. When I left at 10am, there was a second one parked next to it.

Anyone know what the N-numbers are for these birds, and who owns/operates them??

Seems like they're there all the time. I think they're owned by MGM and they do charters to Vegas and such for casino-goers.

I saw them too. No N numbers. I thought they might be owned by the goverment having no numbers and all but I discussed it with several pilots and no one knew. Mabey try asking the ground controller.

If one of them a 767VA, it belongs to a holding company out of Las Vegas that also has a sizable Grand Canyon operations and it seems to fly all over the place for the "Goverment". They also have a few 737s that spend a lot of time in Europe.

I asked the ramp controller at IAD about them, he said the were a "private" operation and claimed to know nothing more about what they do.

There were 2 767s there at the time - both without N - numbers.

Vision Air. They do charters to the middle east with gov. employees. Based at IAD. Small operation separate of Vision out west, but it is the same company. They used to have only 737's.

When I did corporate awhile back, signature fbo said they had private 767 from Saudi Princes in their all the time
