They're going to be flooded with PRIAs there at Flops if mgt doesn't change their attitudes.
Your choice to stay gets limited when you're treated poorly, and sooner or later you know that there is no option but to flee now.
When pilots are treated poorly, it can have a bad effect on their sleep...and that in turn will affect the owners' perception of the company.
If they want my advice, I would advise mgt to make a conscious decision to work to make morale better. I wouldn't want the further demise of the company to be on mgt's conscience simply because it would be too difficult on the egos of two morons in maroon ties. The farther they go in their quest to make employees' lives miserable, the operation will be less efficient than it is now, and then they will be left wondering how that was even possible.
We're unable to forget where we once were, but it's time to accept that we've given everything except the kitchen sink to these corporate raiders... and put up with their incompetence too.
NOW complete that undoubtedly huge stack of PRIAs or your personnel will get even more personal with contempt.
That is all the advice that I have in this lesson.

I am pleased to note that over 100 people have already been silently helped by this thread. As a result, grammar on this site has improved substantially, and pilots continue to flee Flt Ops.
No other updates at this time.
You're most welcome.
