Hypothetical scenario: Guy is in ground school at brand X for 1-2 weeks and quits to go to brand Y. How is brand X handled on the background check or PRIA forms? Is it required to disclose if one never went into a sim etc?

If you were an employee at Brand X, then yes, a PRIA and their drug test is required no matter how short the duration.

The 'Guy' will indicate on his app to brand Y the fact that he was employed by the carrier. It does not matter at what stage..

The appropriate boxes get filled in from there by brand X.
