Rumor has it that JetDirect is purchasing these two companies with the intentions of further expanding their fleet. Can Anybody chime in on this?

Thought Presidential was owned by Black Water...if so, they are DoD contractors and need the certificate for their contracts, but I could be wrong.

yes it's true, Presidential was purchased by JetDirect, they closed the deal end of October. They will merge all planes to one certificate (JetDirect), Jet Direct also purchased Spirit Aviation ond other two, from mid to west cost. It's so true that layoff's started this friday at Presidential, and it will be called Presidential Jets way before all converts to an Aviation Empire called JetDirect..
