Ran across this video on digg.com has Bob Hoover demonstrating the pouring of iced tea during a barrel roll. Sorry if a repost hadn't been around much recently.

It's an old camera trick. Hoover just pours the ice tea. The camera man rotates the camera.

There used to be a Lear pilot in the 70s in San Antonio, who worked for a company that modified lears. Apparently he did something similar, except using a shot glass and would consume the contents after the roll.
