The official Arbitrator's Polar/Atlas pilot seniority list is out. It appears that the top 120 or so were slotted in such a way as to favor the Atlas pilots. The middle of the list appears to favor the Polar pilots, and the guys hired after the "acquisition" were straight DOH. Pretty fair if you ask me... Cfire, the MIKE is yours.....Lets here your RAPP!!! Blah.blah, blah........blah, blah!!

New Pay scales

This may be a dumb question, but how are the payscales merged? Is it straight Atlas pay or a combo of both?

A combined CBA is the next step towards a full integration. As of yet, both MECs have not sat down to hammer out the new one. Pay-scales and working conditions remain status-quo until the new CBA is implemented.
