Polar 74s in MIA

What's the deal with all those Polar and Atlas 747s parked on the north east side in MIA? I counted 4 today, regular maintenance or what? That's lot of lift sitting idle...

And Kalitta IIs 727, is that one for sale? Or awaiting mx as well?

Are they classics?

Is this June?

Aren't the classics supposed to be taken off-line at Polar, starting in June?

I saw one plane parked in JFK 858 a few days ago, and was in PIK and saw 920 there, 508 and 509 were sitting in MIA for a good while, but I think that 509 was sent out on a charter flight last week.
