Please help summarize the various regional mergers

Can somebody update us (me) as to what exactly the current relationship is . . . please help me to understand . . . between the following?


ASA and Skywest. How integrated are things and how much are they going to be? What is the summary status there?


Pinnacle and Colgan. How does the arbitration award seem to shape the future?


Mesaba and Compass. I know it wasn't really a merger, but I'm still trying to understand who is who in that game . . .

I can answer for ASA and SkyWest.

Completely separate operations. Two different seniority lists. There isn't supposed to be any merger or integration between the 2 groups, although Brad Holt (ex OO Dir. of Flt Ops) is now President of ASA.

So...no merger in the future, according to management.
