Please confirm NJI Pay

An NJI pilot on here said that captains pay starts at $110,000, which starts after 3 or 4 years as an F/O. After this they said they get 4% compounding pay raises from then on with no cap. Is this correct?

All is/was true. Everything has changed for off the street new hires (maybe). Hows that for an answer. If hired now at NJI it does not look like an upgrade is in your future.

Not into a G4/5 anyway... there are plenty of other planes that pay just as much in the larger NetJets fleet.

Did you happen to notice that the person who started the thread lists his current position as "NJA"? It's quite likely that he's heard about the NJA/NJI situation and IBB, too. And it's even been discussed on several threads in this section, too.
