They fly 727's, i think 3 at the moment. They fly 121 supp. A lot of flying down to the islands and D.O.D. work. Pay is $85.00 for Capt, $55.00 for F/o and F.E.

60 hour gaurantee. Plan on being away from home a lot and working long days/nights. I know a couple of guys that are there.

Planet Airways....

A Mickey Mouse Operation.....(just kidding, Orlando and all that) the owners are involved with the formation of the Back Street Boys and other recent pop groups, they even had their own B727 painted up for their tours...

Very Small company, My personal impression of them was that it is a very political place, lots of hard hours. They never called me back after an interview a few months ago....typical treatment I guess.....they did have a major move to Orlando when they closed the FLL offices and brought flight control, scheduling to the new offices, which by the way are no where near the airport, infact they are close to the attractions about 20 west of MCO....

Good luck in the supplemental operation....

stay away stay away stay away!!! flew captain there for 9 months. i have flown for a bunch of nonskeds but this was by far the worse. no respect for their employees high turnover poorly run at the operational level. i could go on and on but essentially the place sucks!

To my understanding, they are a privately held company. Lou Pearlman (sp?) is part owner. As stated above, he produced the Backstreet Boys, N'Sync, etc. Locally, he has been "accused" of taking wanna be entertainers/models money and not delivering. Kind of like PFT for the entertainment biz.

isn't Steven Wolff in on that gig? Is he out to destroy another airline after eastern and Airways?
