Plane rental around IND?

I know all about the FBOs at TYQ, UMP and MQJ, and I'm not interested in a 172R at $100+/hr. What I'm wondering is if anybody knows of a flying club or person(s) that rents a Cessna 150/152/172, Cherokee, or small tailwheel aircraft anywhere in the Indy area. I'm a regional airline pilot w/ CFI-AIM looking to have fun & bore some holes in the sky with the wife on nice day.

If anybody has any leads, please let me know!

If you're willing to make the drive, you might want to look into renting an aircraft at the Shelbyville Airport. Its been about 3yrs since I've been there but at the time, they were renting Cherokees for something like $60-70/hr. The aircraft were in great condition. The airport is only about a 20 minute drive once you exit off I-74 from I-465.

Boiler--How much are you going to fly? I looked at Sky-vu flyers (a long-standing flying cooperative) and they charge $90/month and $79/hour for a 172.

If you're not going to fly that much, just suck it up and rent.TC
