Hey guys, looking at going to Flight Safety in San Antonio for Citation Recurrent. Any of you guys had any experience with them. Instructors? Good? Bad? Done Simuflite in the past but the best sim times we can get is midnight. Ouch. Ive done that before and did not like it. Flight Safety said they could get us in at 10AM for the sim. BTW, its Citation 560 recurrent and recurrent/upgrade for me.

Both Simuflite and FSI have their pluses and minuses. A lot of it depends on the instructors you are assigned to. I've had excellent as well as so-so at both; it makes a big difference in the quality and satisfaction of the experience. Basically, it's six of one, half a dozen of the other.I would go for the better schedule.

Yeah, thats what happened my last two visits to Simuflite which is why we're looking to other places for recurrent. Same instructor two times in a row and lets suffice it to say it was not what I like to call a positive experience. Anyway, just curious if others have went to San Antonio for the 500 series recurrent, etc. and if so what was their experience.
