I am posting this thread to point out that the so called new 900 rates are not new at all.
An arbitrator ruled that these rates are based on a 1999 contract as are the 200 rates and work rules that Pinnacle currently operates under.
Pinnacle is currently operating under a contract that now is three years expired and they will refuse (as has been demonstated to an outsider such as myself) to sign anything that is not an improvement on the current rates and work rules of today.
I would like to applaud Pinnacle for their perseverence and would like to see others do the same in supporting our brothers and sisters that are currently at Pinnacle Airlines.
Please, no more statements on how those rates are equal to our fifty seat rates, no more statements on how are work rules are still much better than yours.
Again, they are still operating on a 1999 contract as stated by an arbitrator yesterday. Those ninety seat rates were just a bone albeit small. It will go up from here.
Keep up the good work in trying to get our industy back.
Thanks Pinnacle Brothers and Sister!!!!!
