Pinnacle is offering its pilots 1000.00 for any pilot that I find that gets hired and passes IOE. So if anybody wants a job at Pinnacle flying the CRJ with an upgrade time of 0 Months, just send me a PM.

How about you give me $1000 to go to the interview while you film it and I make an ass out of them. Then you can sell it to all your RJ fly boy friends for $50 a piece. You all can get together and Pinnacle Party Hearty and watch the flick and laugh and tell war stories.

yup... there are folks upgrading to captain right out of FO training without ever flying the thing. FO training right into Captain training.
