It's probably a restraining order against Flyer1015. He is supposed to stay at least 100 miles away from any airport PNCL/Mesaba flies to, and 100 feet away from women and children. But, he is allowed to continue to date Stiffler's Mom.

As for the original poster, the court order I believe is for the NTSB asking for the Colgan emails, and Pinnacle is taking it to court. Fighting the order.

A CT Order is a "Confidential Treatment" order, not a court order. It usually pertains to license or operational agreement details the SEC agrees to keep confidential for business reasons.

I guess you neglected to read Lee's post where it clearly stated you humped his dog, NOT his wife. No wonder you got turned down by Qatari, Emirates, Ethiopian, and Libyan Air! Looks like Lee is right, they don't call you Mr. Saginaw (MBS) for nothing. Do you like the Motel 6 there? Get used to it and maybe invest in an interview prep course and watch Comedy Central to try to acquire a personality. You probably have the love life of an ordinary house plant.

yeah, the NTSB and SEC are not linked together. the SEC does not file paperwork for the NTSB for access to company internal emails. The NTSB would get a court order from a fed judge to do that.
