Pinnacle Airlines

What is the general opinion on Pinnacle? As I understand it, just about anyone can get hired there right now. Is this a company where I should jump on the band wagon while that opportunity exists? Or is this airline regarded somewhat poorly because they hire anybody? Is this somewhere to get the jet time and move on or stay; A "job to get another job" so to speak? Thanks in advance!

I did a search on this topic and found a plethora. opinions are mixed. Upgrade is supposedly 1.5-2 years. pay is not great (one of the lower paying regionals) but I have friends there and they seem to like it. Get in, get your time, and get out.

I've got a friend there now and he seems to be enjoying it. The FO pay is crap, but the upgrades are happening fairly quick. They really need to get the contract complete. I've heard the second year FO pay will go up quite a bit when it's done.
