Hey Guys,

We are looking for a new and organized way to schedule the crews at our flight department. We currently operate two ultra-long range aircraft and have 9 pilots for them. We are looking to give the pilots a few hard days off each month and still have room for their recurrent training and vacation.

We would really appreciate all of your insite. Please PM if you feel it is neccessary.

Thanks For your Response! I think I should add that we currently have software for pilot scheduling. but that is merley a way to schedule trips and assign crews to them. What we are looking for is a change in the method in which we schedule our pilots. Like 7 on 2 off (just an example). Other than a rotation, Does anyone have a "real" schedule for their crews?

The problems that we run into are augmented crew needs, overlaping trips and things like that.
