picture?

Sorry ya'all, I'm a little computer illiterate(sp?). Would someone please give me slow-I'm-a-dumd@ss directions on how to put the picture underneath your name on this website? Everyone has them, and in the past couple of weeks I've run across random pictures I'd like to put on.

Click on the "user cp" tab at the top of the page on flightinfo.com. Click on "edit options". Scroll to the bottom looking for "avatar". Click on "change avatar". It'll show you a list of pictures to choose from if you don't have a custom one to use. Hope this helps.

If you see a pic that you like, try right-clicking on it. You should then be invited to save it to your hard drive via a "Save As" dialogue. Do that. Then, as MooseTrax wrote, go to "change avatar" and to "You can upload an avatar from your computer." Click "Choose File," click the picture that you want to upload, close out everything, and you'll be set.

Just make sure you get the pixel size correct. I think it's suppose to be 150 x 150.

how can i use a pic from like airliners.net. Everytime I save the pic to my comp and then try and use at as my avatar it says that the picture is too big. I must be missing something. Thanks
