I am a Us Army UH-60 pilot with 1100 hrs total time and 198 hrs PIC time . I relocated to a new duty station and now I am back to SIC and dont know when I will be qualified to log PIC time again. Will logging too much SIC time hurt me in the long run? What is the average time to become PIC in any airframe military or civilian?

It can be looked at two ways.

Pt 61.51 "sole manipulator of the controls" This would apply only if you are logging it in a log book.

-12 entry/759 times.

I logged all my civil time in a log book and when I got out of the army I made a one line entry from the 759 with PC/UT time as PIC any PI time in a single pilot aircraft as PI time, any time that was not PIC time in H-60s as SIC time.

I had no questions as to my experience when I applied for jobs. In the end employers want to make sure you meet their insurance requirements. If you show an employer your time in the military and let them decide if it meets their requirements.

Hope this makes it clear as mud.

A forms?

I do not know what the Army calls them, but whatever is listed a first pilot or AC is PIC
