I received a phone Interview from Joe Edwards at Island Air. Can anyone tell me what i should expect next and how can I tell if i even passed the phone interview...He said something about hearing from HR in a couple of weeks. Not sure if that means i will hear if I passed the phone interview or if I I am going to hear because I did pass. Any ideas?? Thanks.
