Pelican Flight Training Centre in FL?

Does anyone have any experience with or information about how Pelican Flight Training Centre in Florida is?

I recommend starting with smaller and easier to manage birds such as Canaries and Pigeons. I hear Pelicans have a nasty temper at times, plus getting bitten by one of the beaks or bills seems like it would hurt.
