Pegasus Elite Aviation out of Kinston, NC - Hawker 1000 Operator

I just read an interesting article about "innovative" charter operators (also included a great description of XOJet) in the January Business & Commercial Aviation magazine. The article mentioned Pegasus Elite Aviation out of Kinston, NC. Evidently, it is very well funded and it is growing very quickly. It recently acquired up to 15 former Netjets Hawker 1000s (in addtion to some Beechjets and a GIV).

Anyone know much about this operator? The article was vague on some details... Are they hiring? Where can you live besides North Carolina? How many days off per month? Starting PIC and SIC salary range? Good place to be??????
