For all you PDT guys, how many of you have completed that culture survey on the PDT website? I find it interesting that if you take the survey on the hub, you can e-mail in your additional comments to management, but on the PDT one there is no mention of how you can add further comments. Did anybody else know about this? I guess I am going to take the one on the hub and send in my additional comments...anyone else going that route?

I can't believe it took this long for the survery to show up here.

I have already completed the survey on the PDT web site. Didn't even know it was available on the Hub. I thought it kind of strange that there was no place for additional comments on the survey.

Also, since you have to sign in to the PDT site, I wonder if they are keeping a log of who did or didn't complete the survey (or how many times, for that matter).

They don't have a place for additional comments because they don't really want to read them. At ASA, after all the employees completed our last company survey, the contracted polling company sent everyone a notice telling us that due to a technical glitch they conveniently "lost" all our comment data. Of course I'm sure they know how we feel anyway. :uzi:

...

I did the survey a few days ago, i'm sure it will just turn out to be much a-do about nothing.

Heres a culture issue. Im making a bunch of phone calls to the brass in SBY to figure out how this move is going to work out as far as approvals for this and that, my $200, etc. No one knows what is going on. Everyone just keeps "referring" me to another departent to take care of several issues. Semi-frustrating.

If the pilots wern't proactive about getting some of these issues straightened out, I wonder how much more screwed up things would get?

How do we get that $200 bucks? ( was told by payroll today to submit it as a pay adjustment sheet, but she wasnt sure because she hadnt done this before, so she's have to check with another department.)

....

OK just talked to Tom Mason about the 200 bucks. Says we have to submit by fax our desire to recieve our money, then they will move that along to payroll. Waste of time, they owe us the money anyway, why dont they just put it in with all of our april 15th paychecks? So if we dont submit it, they dont have to pay I would imagine.

Do your survey on the HUB

If you want Airways/Parker to hear what you really feel. After submitting your survey, there will be a area you can e-mail corporate direct. Let them know what you think.

Do not do the survey on the company site, there is no guarantee of anonymity (i'd wager to guess that the responses are identifiable), plus, even if everyone filled it out negatively, do you think farrow would care? no, do you think he'd forward the results to tempe? no

do the one on the hub, it goes right to tempe, and when they see almost a thousand bad reviews coming from pdt bases, they might get an idea that something is rotten in salisbury, pass the word, tell everyone (fa's, rampies, gate agents, any PDT employees) to do the one on the hub, and keep the comments professional.

I can't believe Farrow is still there. He wasn't very well liked l when I was at PDT and that was over 10 years ago. I guess he managed to pull the wool over Jeff McClellans eyes when he passed through SBY a few months back. Your right about one thing, use the survey on the Hub and avoid the one on your in house web sight. I would even go as far as to e mail parker and McClellan directly with your concerns if they aren't addressed in a timely fashion. Just remember to keep it professional and back up your statements with facts (names dates etc). These guys aren't dummies. Good luck.

Screw PDT management. They can have my name with all the "Strongly Disagree" responses. They already know how I feel.

They got all of mine!
