I am thinking of applying at PCMT as a mechanic, does anyone know anything about the company, How management treats the employees, Pay, etc.? Any info would help.

Xojet

The company is going through a great transition form what it was. It is now called XOJET and has partnered with Woodland aviation. The upper management is all new with little corporate aviation experience (see www.xojet.com). It looks as they are setting up to be a large Citation X charter fleet. I would be cautious and ask to speak with other employees.
