On occasion I've seen the Honeywell PC/FMS 5.0 or 6.0 on ebay. It's adecent program for the Honeywell boxes. You might want to keep a eyeout for one there.

I've got a copy of the Universal UNS1-C sim. It really isn't a lot of help. What FMS are you interest in? Maybe I have some other training aids that might be useful.

Is that just the into with the video clips or is a a full sim that lets you input info into it, and fly a trip.

For what it's worth, after about 10 cumulative hours in Level D sims, 3 in 717, 2 in MD-90, 2 in MD-11, and 2 in MD-87, I felt right at home after using PMDG's 737-600-800 add-on for MS sim. Sounds kind of goofy, but for $30 for the add-on and $30 for the sim, it is cheap. And, say what you will, but they have it down, even the restrictions, SID/STARS, etc. Even the FAA Examiner that was my instructor in the simwas pretty impressed at my FMC knowledge, and didn't have to show me much.

I've never seen the one with the video clips. The one I have allows you to input info. However, it's still basically worthless.

As far as which FMSes are in Lear 35s and 55s - most of them have one version or another of the UNS1. There are probably a few flying with Globals. What model is in the Lears you are flying?
