OK, you don't happen to know if we have a default password on this thing do you? All my others aren't accepted. This makes four separate passwords we need to access various sections of OurASA. I hate this thing.

For me it was the same as my OurASA login password.

Yeah, that's what it was. The FAQ for it said something about it being "ASAXXX" where you had some 4-digit PIN. The OurASA password should work though.
