guys need help here, what is the going rate for a Phenom 300 capt in the market today????

Should be comparable to what folks are getting for any other light jet - Beechjet, Citation CJ3/Encore, etc.

Search "NBAA Jet II" and you should get some salary data for jets in this weight range.

To me it would depend on where you live, part 91 vs. 135 and the schedule, benifits, etc.

I would estimate somewhere around 75K would be a good 'starting' point.
