If anyone has any info on any operation hiring or looking for pilots in the SDL area, I'd really apprecitate the lead. Currently typed in the IA 1124, IA 1125, CE 750, part 91/135 PIC current on IA 1125/CE 750.

I currently have:
5020 TT
3520 PIC
3456 PIC TurboJet
1355 SIC
4600 ME
3647 Turbine
1310 Night
263 Instrument

Thanks for any leads or information you have.

I've heard they are looking for folks with good turbine time. They are a 135 outfit.

Also, I know there are a few owners looking for crews at SDL - but that's hit or miss and obviously, finding them is difficult. If you live in the area I'd recommend showing your face at all the companies often, with VERY professional resume packets, etc. You know the drill - it's corporate and is all about "who you know" and who likes you - at least that's my impression out there.

Good Luck!

There ARE a number of 750s based here...that is, if you didnt already know. N750JB,N710AW (allied waste), N750RL (for some reason I want to say it is Russ Lyon, but I could be totally wrong). Theres also a bare-white 750 I dont know much about - hangs out at the Southwest Jet ramp.

Same goes for the Astra. There are a couple here, as well as a few regular visitors.

I'd say you have a good selection considering your qual's

Yeah, there are a couple/few 2000s here.

Don't forget ole Tex Earnhardt, owner of the Earnhardt Auto Mall.

He owns a nice 750, and is frequently parked outside the General Aviation ramp. The tail number if I remember correctly is N750TE.

Pet smart is getting a new falcon 2000.....they have a couple of CL604, they are located on north side. It is a real difficult place to find work, I have been trying to land a job here for over a year and a half....unless your typed and have time in make and model forget it. good luck-

This sounds like a good job.

Beechjet 400A First Officer (AZ) 4/23

We have an immediate need to hire a First Officer to crew a Beechjet 400A based in Scottsdale (SDL). The job requires travel mostly in the western US, flying approximately 200 hours per year and 4-5 overnights per month. Minimum requirements are 2000 TT, 500 ME, and prefer Beechjet experience. Salary is competitive. This is really a great job for the right individual. If qualified, submit resume to [email protected].

Petsmart has a COUPLE 604s? I know of their one (N1987) and I know they lease/rent challengers from Aero Toy stores...now they have a falcon on the way??...man they're growing

Yeah, this was back in march.....doing the usaual drop off my resume and I finnaly got a chance to talk to someone. Really nice people.....said they where expanding but only looking for pilots with a Falcon 2000 type. The way people spend money on pets, its no wonder they didnt get a Gulfstream!

 If this is the way things are going to be, I guess I'm just going to have to accept the fact that I'm destined to fly LR-JETS the rest of my natural life.
