Valero Energy Corporation has an opening for Flight Coordinator to join a team of two existing coordinators in San Antonio, TX. Applicant must have excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to use independent judgment, strong organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively with flight crews, maintenance technicians, and corporate administrative assistants. The applicant must have a working knowledge of international trip planning, customs and immigration procedures, landing and overflight permits, aircraft performance, visa applications and aviation weather.
