Hi all:

I work for a PART 91 GIS company; My boss want to convert it to 135 to be able to work internationally. I guess the first step is to come up with an OPS manual. Where can I start? I have lotsa time in my hand this summer and like to write up an OPS manual, any samples out there? we operate VFR on twin pistons ...

Any help is appreciated
