At my old company, one of our guys got ramped and busted for W&B. We all had to sit through a long ground school on W&B regs. I have friends who still put down the same MTOW whether they're at Miami or Aspen.

The problem is I can't find a reg stating exactly what the max weight should be listed in the manifest. 135.183 does give you a climb requirement but not a take off weight requirement for weight. I know all transport aircraft are certified part-25 transport but reg reference would be great if I could find it. Thanks for all the input.
