Part 135 G-III or G-IV pay

Does anyone have information about pay rates for G-III and G-IV First Officers in FAR 135 operations? I would welcome such information from pilots who have seen actual pay scales or who have first-hand experience. Speculation or what somebody "thinks would be fair" isn't what I'm after; I need to find some real-life numbers.

$50 to $75k depending on what else you bring to the table.....are you typed with little actual time, no type but some experience, and some have A&P experience which while not required to do maintenance is a desirable trait.
