I'm just wondering what a fair (well, average anyway) salary for a passenger carrying charter copilot on a turboprop or cabin class piston twin would be?

Additionally, what is involved in the training program for a part 135 SIC?

Thanks for the help guys.

if you are getting more than 25,000/year thats excellent. Especially if you are entry level and have no time in the type. Remeber, these are single pilot FAA rated planes. So having an FO on board is mostly just for show to the pax.

According to the recent Pro-Pilot Salary Study (June 2004) I just received...

Average for a Charter F/O on a King Air 90/100/200 is: $29,000 (Low is $25,000 and High is $44,000)

Falcon Capt,

What does it say for Captain King Air 90?
Thanks

Or quite possibly for safety????

They pay me $200 a day (BE-200 F/O)

Don't get too wrapped up in the salary for a 135 FO. We, along with all charter company owners, know that this position is just a stepping stone to something bigger and better. Remember, they get what they pay for... meaning that when something better comes along you have no obligation or loyality to them. Bite your tounge, pay you dues and get that left seat job as soon as you can. Good luck.
