Don't know what you consider cheap, but Allright Parking does a nice job for $40/month (employee discount).

I've never waited more than 5 minutes for a pick up.

If you fly for a 121/135

Go to airport ID office and they will get you in the process to park in employee parking for free.

I guess that depends on who you talk to in that office - I tried that route but was told since my airline didn't have any crews based there I wasn't eligible for it. That was a few years ago - so it may bery well have changed by now.
