Riddle me this Batman: Is there a pans-ops made easy reference out there??? My understanding of pans-ops is that it is similar to TERPS, but that which is used by ICAO. There are 3 editions that a signature country may use in the design of approaches, DP, holding etc... Reviewing the Jepp ATC page under "Rules and Procedures" seems a little confusing with regard to what edition applies to the specific country you are in. What is the best way to determine what applies to the country you are operating in??? Thanks!!!
