Anybody know what to expect for a interview with Pan Am flight academy in Ft. Pierce? I may have an interview soon and I don't know much about the flight school (not local). Also, any info about pay, working conditions, airplanes, etc. would be greatly apprieciated. Thanks.

I worked at the Phoenix camus a while a go and when I left they were giving a written test that was pretty much a collection of CFI/CFII practical test questions. They then went through an indoc and took another test relative to that. From what the new guys said it was pretty intense and some didn't cut it and were not employed any longer. I am sure the Ft. Pierce campus follows much the same path. Good luck. Its one of the best flight instructor jobs out there, they'll work your ass off and treat you poorly but you'll get tons of flight time and a steady paycheck.
