Just read in the NH Union Leader that Appeals Court ruled in favor of Pan Am. It seams that ALPA pilots lost.

Fink/Mellon must be sitting high now in their chairs. I'm sure they will gloat about having won (again) against the "*od *ammed" unions. It seems the unions, whoever they are, are a declining force in the work arena. Without having read the decision in full, one more nail in the coffin of labor.

Guess they shoulden't have stapled Mellon. Or maybe they shoulden't have maxed out their flying each month swapping seats with fellow pilots on furlough. You may hate Mellon, but he bought you out of bankruptcy and diden't deserve a staple job, quite the slap in the face.
Nobody deserves to lose their job, but what the hell were you guys thinking? Don't blame the BMA guys, they are just caught in the middle, most furloughed trying to pay the bills.

Your right mega, I'm just glad its over. This is the appeals court decision, guess it can't go much higher than that.

Many mistakes were probably done in the past. No hard feelings for the BMA guys. Like I said, its over, time to resume my life.
