Just wondering what the Air Forces looks at when giving pilots slots out through OTS. What things are requiered to apply for pilot slot? And what is the most important thing they look at? Also does it look better the more rating or hours you have? I am PP with 100 hours. I know in rotc the cutoff is 100 hours or something. Is it the same thing when applying to OTS. Thanks in adavance.
