I'm flying in tomorrow too, I hope the Wx isn't what's predicted at 15Z, 2 miles and mist. I don't have an IFR slot.

Yup. An autopilot that talks!

All it says is:

You *#*wipe, have not flown in one year. Why are you flying to Oshkosh? Should we sign the will or the NASA form this time around?

There's a few new airplanes this year, Extra 500, Diamond Twin Star. Most of the buzz is around the new Sport Pilot rule.

The A700 is there, as is a Piaggio Avanti

No sign of Safire, that I could find.

CJ3 is there, so is ruby King Air

Rans has a nice display, nicest not fiberglass aircraft I saw.

Sport pilot is huge. Very few vendors selling pilot supplies (I was surprised).

It was nice weather all weekend. Got burned but that's the risk I took :)

Everyone enjoy getting their backpacks searched on Sunday? Also loved the extra security presence.
